Greetings folks!
A week off from work watching tons of episodes from "Big bang theory" and "How I met your mother" (bbt was actually aired a while ago here in Germany but I never would watch the german dub or free-tv-crap at all...) and helping my best man solving serious emotional issues somehow woke up my mind a bit.
In usual I'm a pretty patient person, but if it comes to drawing I just want to do it right and be as perfect as I can be. But without practice you can't become better. After leaving my wacom-tablett covered in dust for a long time I finally sat down, looked at a tutorial for cel-shade-coloring drawings (thx for the great tut xerus!^^) and did it! The hours just passed by and when I was done, it was 4:30am (it's the pic with the catgiel on the pillow).
I'm really proud of myself (don't know when I was last time...) and see it much clearer, that if you hang on to it you can really accomplish something, everything you want! I always tell people "hang on" and "it'll work out", but never really told it myself. It's a great feeling!
I'm totally hyped and you can expect a lot more drawings in the next week! ^__^
Cya!
